Phoenix Genesis announces details of Mansions on George Luxury Condos

Phoenix to build 70 Residential Condominium Units on the grounds of the former Thomas Gillbard School

Today's Date -- May 25th 2005

Further details were released today after much investigate demolition work. The Former school will be converted into 26 Residential Units with soaring 10 foot ceilings and a further New extension will be added on the West on the site of the Gymnasium which will accommodate 8 more Residences, the Two Elevator Banks and other common facilities. In addition the land to West will accommodate a further 36 Units and underground Parking. The Grounds will be extensively Landscaped and is expected to become Cobourg's Premier Condominium Complex on completion. The Development will be called "Mansions on George" to reflect it's Heritage & Luxury Feel.
